So this week was busy like any other week. Me and Adam enjoyed our spring break. I left for Sacramento for 2 of the 4 Hillsong Concerts I was working. I worked all day Thursday and sat in on the concert that night for a little bit and it was awesome. Then Thursday night around 2 am and drove all night to Bakersfield on a tour bus. The tour bus had coffin size bunks so needless to say I did not get very much sleep. We arrive in Bakersfield on Friday morning and worked another show. I got back to orange county technically Saturday morning at 3 am and drove up to the desert and got home around 5 am. So i was exhausted!

Then it was back to school...Me and Adam are both feeling the pressure of school right now. Recently Adam received a position on our Student Government. He will be the director of Academic Relations. Basically it means he organizes events and brings in speakers from other faiths to talk about their beliefs so that Biola students can become more aware of the beliefs others have. I am so excited for him and i know he is going to do great! He will start that position the beginning of next school year.

Last week we managed to do some fun things. We went to an Angles Baseball game. We got tickets through school for a dollar. Then this weekend we went on Adam's dorm hall date night. It is called GYRAD which means "Get Your Roommate A Date." We went down to Long Beach and went Kyacking. It was fun but got very cold and wet. Then Saturday night we went to dinner and a movie. Sunday my whole Mom's side of the family went to Spaghetti Factory and had lunch for my Grandpa who turned 50 and my cousin Isabelle who turned 5. Isabelle is the flower girl in my wedding and she is adorable. Then after lunch we made our way down to riverside to watch my middle sister Megan, Choir's performance. They did such an amazing job.

Well we are half way through out week and already are swamped. I have papers, internship and work to do and Adam has papers, meetings, work and a million other things to do. So if you made it through the lengthy post more power to you!

Love you all,
Becca

  1. I think that Grandpa is 70, not 50. If he were 50 then he would be older than your dad. That would be quite amazing.
